Trux Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) allow dispatchers to quickly monitor dispatch order and hauler progress at a glance. These KPIs appear across the top of the DISPATCH page.

Dispatch Order KPIs
The following dispatch order KPIs are available:
- Tons planned - The quantity specified at the dispatch order level, accumulated across all dispatch orders.
- Tons ticketed - includes Completed loads and In Progress loads with a scale ticket (truck is loaded). Rejected Loads count as Completed (rejected loads come from Delivery Tracker notes/rejection)
- Tons delivered - same as Ticketed but doesn’t consider In Progress loads
- Hours planned - "Estimated cycle time" for a dispatch order multiplied by "planned number of Loads" from the dispatch order level, accumulated across all dispatch orders.
The dispatch order progress bar displays the following summary statistics:
- Completed = amount of tons Completed (Delivered)
- Scheduled = amount of tons scheduled (Sum of all Assignment volume)
- Unscheduled = sum of Dispatch Order Quantity that has not been scheduled
NOTE: The sum of Completed + Scheduled + Unscheduled will not necessarily = Tons Planned. This is because some assignments can be overscheduled (i.e. more total quantity than the dispatch order requires.).
Dispatch order KPIs will update based on filters you select (except for Dispatch Order #, Dispatch Order Status, and Dispatch Order Tag). For example, if you filter your dispatch orders to a specific plant, the KPIs will be calculated based on orders for that plant alone.
Hauler KPIs
The following hauler KPIs are available:
- Total - Sum of Haulers who are Completed, In Progress, Scheduled, or Not Accepted
- Not accepted - # of Haulers requested but not yet accepted any assignments. Also includes any assignments that were dispatched to the Trux Marketplace but have not yet been claimed by haulers (assignments with a status of Searching)
- Last load - Number of haulers who have the “Last Load” indicator (the red triangle icon)
- Completed - Number of haulers who are Completed for the day, and have no further Scheduled or Requested assignments
- Hours completed - Total duration of each individual Load (including Loads that are In Progress), accumulated across all haulers for the day, represented as Hours.
The hauler order progress bar displays the following summary statistics:
- Completed - Number of haulers who are Completed for the day, and have no further Scheduled or Requested assignments
- In Progress - Number of haulers who are In Progress, regardless if they have any Scheduled and/or Requested assignments
- Scheduled - Number of haulers who have at least one Scheduled assignment, even if they also have any Requested assignments
- Not Accepted - # Hauler requested but not accepted assignments
Hauler KPIs will update based on any hauler filter you select. So if you filter your list of haulers to a particular group, the hauler KPIs will be calculated based on activity from the selected group of haulers.
