Re-order trucks for a single shift
1. Click SHIFTS on the left navigation menu.
2. Find the shift for which you'd like to reorder trucks. You can filter shifts based on:
- Data Selector - Select a specific date or a date range.
- Day/Week Selector - Select a relative day (e.g., TODAY, YESTERDAY, etc.) or week.
- Job and Status - Click the drop-down lists to select a specific job and/or one or more shift status options.
Or you can manual scroll to the shift for which you'd like to reorder trucks.
3. Hover your mouse over a shift to reveal the shifts shortcut menu . Click the menu to reveal shift action options.
4. Click Reorder and enter the details for the trucks you'd like to reorder.
- Enter how many trucks you will need, the start time, and the expiration time (optional), which is how long after the start time we should search for a truck. Unless it’s an all-day job, this should be first thing in the morning. If you are willing to take a truck at any time throughout the day, this time should extend throughout the day.
- Check if you will enforce geofence punch in or punch out.
- Enter the date(s) that you will need trucks for this job.
- Update the instructions, if necessary.
- Update the cost codes, if necessary.
- Check if you will require load slips.
- Choose the truckers to whom you would like to dispatch the shift.
- Confirm and place order or create as a draft.
Re-order trucks for multiple shift
1. Click SHIFTS on the left navigation menu.
2. Find the shift for which you'd like to reorder trucks. You can filter shifts based on:
- Data Selector - Select a specific date or a date range.
- Day/Week Selector - Select a relative day (e.g., TODAY, YESTERDAY, etc.) or week.
- Job and Status - Click the drop-down lists to select a specific job and/or one or more shift status options.
Or you can manual scroll to the shift for which you'd like to reorder trucks.
3. Select multiple shifts for which you would like to reorder trucks. You can select all shifts for the selected time period, all shifts for a selected job, or individual shits.
4. Once you have selected multiple shifts, a three dot menu button button will appear at the top of the screen.
5. Click the menu and select Reorder.
Enter the details for the trucks you'd like to reorder.
- Enter the date(s) that you will need trucks for this job.
- Update the cost codes, if necessary.
- Check if you will require load slips.
- Click create draft or PLACE ORDER.
