Once you've created shifts for your jobs, it's time to monitor their progress. Keep track of when your shifts have been claimed by haulers, when they punch in, communicate with haulers while on the job, and even reorder shifts as needed.

Tap the Menu button.
Tap the SHIFTS button.
View your shifts for the selected date(s), jobs, and status. Tap a shift.
View your Scheduled shift's details.
- You can tap the shift actions menu on the shift details screen. Your action options will vary based on the status of the shift.
- Each shift will have a "primary action" button based on the status of the shift. For a Scheduled shift, for example, you can tap EDIT SHIFT to make changes to the shift start time, date(s), rate, truck types, etc.
View your Unassigned shift's details.
- Tap the shift actions menu to view your shift action options.
- Tap DISPATCH to dispatch the shift to a hauler(s).
View your Searching shift's details.
- Tap the shift actions menu to view your shift action options.
- Tap EDIT SHIFT to make changes to the shift start time, date(s), rate, truck types, etc.
View your Requested shift's details.
- Tap the shift actions menu to view your shift action options.
- Tap EDIT SHIFT to make changes to the shift start time, date(s), rate, truck types, etc.
View your Punched In shift's details.
- Tap the shift actions menu to view your shift action options.
- Tap PUNCH OUT to end the hauler's shift.
You can send a 1-way message to any hauler who is Scheduled or Punched In on a shift.
- Enter your message.
- Tap SEND to send your message to the hauler. NOTE: This is a 1-way SMS message to the hauler's phone, and they will not be able to reply.
You can also access bulk shift options when you select multiple shifts.
- Select all shifts for the selected date(s) or multiple individual shifts.
- Tap the bulk actions menu, and select from the available bulk actions. Your options will depend on the status of the shifts you selected.
