You can send a 1-way text message to any hauler who is Scheduled or Punched-In on a shift. Messages can be sent to individual haulers or multiple haulers using the Bulk Messaging feature. Click the link below to see how to send a single or bulk message.

Click SHIFTS on the left navigation menu.
Find Scheduled or Punched-In haulers
- Data Selector - Select a specific date or a date range.
- Day/Week Selector - Select a relative day (e.g., TODAY, YESTERDAY, etc.) or week.
- Job and Status - Click the drop-down lists to select a specific job and/or one or more shift status options.
- Your Shifts - All of your shifts for the selected dates, jobs, and status options. Look for Scheduled or Punched-In shifts.
Click Message on the shifts shortcut menu.
- Hover your mouse over a Scheduled or Punched-In shift and click the shifts shortcut menu.
- Click Message.
Send your message.
- Type your message in the Message Driver(s) window.
- Click SEND to send your message to the selected hauler. NOTE: This is a 1-way SMS message that will be sent to the selected hauler's cell phone. They will not be able to reply to it.

Click SHIFTS on the left navigation menu.
Select multiple shifts/haulers.
- Data Selector - Select a specific date or a date range.
- Day/Week Selector - Select a relative day (e.g., TODAY, YESTERDAY, etc.) or week.
- Job and Status - Click the drop-down lists to select a specific job and/or one or more shift status options.
- Select multiple shifts - Click the checkbox at the top to select ALL shifts/haulers for the selected date(s), jobs, and statuses. Or click the checkbox next to a job name to select all shifts associated with that job. Or click multiple individual shifts one-by-one.
Click Bulk Actions.
- Bulk Actions - Click the Bulk Actions button that appears once you select more than one eligible shift.
- Click Message. NOTE: The Message button will not appear if any of the haulers you have selected are not eligible to send a message (e.g., shifts without a status of Scheduled or Punched-In).
Send your message.
- Type your message in the Message Driver(s) window.
- Click SEND to send your message to the selected hauler. NOTE: This is a 1-way SMS message that will be sent to the selected haulers' cell phones. They will not be able to reply to it.
