Available Job Filters

Overview

Every day, Trux owner operators, fleet owners, and brokers find and accept available work from the Trux Marketplace. By default, jobs that are located within 100 miles of the owner operator/fleet owner/broker's business address (e.g., the address that was provided when the Trux account was created) will appear on the Available Jobs screen on the web and in the Trux Drive mobile app.

But there may be cases where the business address is not nearby the location of some or all of your trucks, and as a result, you are not able to view available jobs that that you might otherwise consider and/or claim. Additionally, users might operate in more than one state, and could be missing available work in areas that they could be performing work in but are far away from their business address.

That's why we have released a new feature that will allow users to search for available work that is near any city of your choosing and not just work that is nearby your business address!

This feature is available on both the web and in the Trux Drive mobile app.

On the web, owner operators, fleet owners, and brokers can now search for jobs located within 100 miles of a City and State of your choosing right from the JOBS screen.

Enter a City and State to search for work within 100 mi of that location. The search field is a type-ahead search, so cities will present as you begin to enter characters.

Delete the city or click on the Clear City Filter icon to reset the search and present available work that is within 100 miles of your business address.

On the Trux Drive mobile app, tap the filter icon on the map (1) to display all of the available filters (2).

Enter a city around which you would like to search for jobs (3) and tap Apply Filters (4) to view the jobs that match your filter criteria. In Trux Drive, you can also filter available work by Pay (rate type and rate) and by Time of Day.

Tap EDIT FILTERS (5) to edit your filter criteria, or tap CLEAR FILTERS (6) to remove all of the filter criteria and view all jobs within a 100 mile radius of your business address.
