What happens when I request trucks?

As soon as you submit a request, TRUX starts working to find the best available truckers that match your requirements. 

Before the Job

Within minutes, we begin to notify drivers closest to your job's location that there is available work nearby. Over time, our system contacts more and more truckers until all of the trucks you need are located and committed. In less than 30 minutes, hundreds or thousands of truckers will have seen your request. This is why most TRUX truck requests are filled in under 15 minutes. And since our system is fully automated, all of this happens without any effort on your part!

You can watch in real-time as your truck requests get filled. You'll see the names, numbers, and business information of all the drivers that accept your jobs.

If plans change, you can cancel the requested trucks (whether or not drivers have already accepted them) up to two hours before the job's start time.

During the Job

Truckers will show up at your job site on the date and time you requested. They use the app to punch in when they arrive at the start location and punch out when your foreman releases them at the end of the day. 

You can track the real-time GPS location of all TRUX truckers while they are on the clock. If you need to contact them for any reason, you can do so easily from within TRUX. 

After the Job

TRUX handles all of the invoicing, billing, payments, and paperwork for you. You can view the exact punch in time, punch out time, and total cost for every single truck immediately after truckers punch out. Every last detail is organized, saved, and easily accessible to you in the mobile app and web portal.

We bill your credit card on file at the end of the day for all truck requests completed on the previous day. This gives you plenty of time to make sure everything is accurate and contact us if any issues arise.  

If you're working on a prevailing wage job, TRUX will promptly collect all of the certified payroll paperwork for you using our patent-pending technology that makes it easy for truckers to fill out accurately.
