Message Haulers

You can send a one-way message to any Scheduled or Punched-In haulers using our Messaging feature.

1. Click the SHIFTS screen on the left navigation menu.
2. To send a single hauler a message, hover over the shift you would like to message the hauler for, click the orange shift actions shortcut menu that appears on the far right hand side of the row, and click Message.
   
3. You will be able to enter a message to send to the hauler via a 1-way text message. When your message is complete, click SEND to send the 1-way text message.
4. To send the same message to multiple haulers, filter your shifts by Project, Status, and Date to find the shift(s) with the driver(s) you'd like to message. Then select multiple shifts using the checkboxes on the left hand side of the shift's row.
5. Click the three dot icon at the top of the shift table and select Message.
   
6. You will be able to enter a message to send to the hauler via a 1-way text message. When your message is complete, click SEND to send the 1-way text message.
