Message Haulers

You can send a one-way message to any Scheduled or Punched-In haulers using our Messaging feature.

Read how

1. Click the SHIFTS screen on the left navigation menu.
2. Filter your shifts by Project, Status, and Date to find the shift(s) with the driver(s) you'd like to message.
   
   
   
   
3. To message a single hauler, hover over the shift with the Scheduled or Punched-In hauler you would like to message, click the orange shift actions shortcut menu , and click Message.
   
   
4. To message multiple haulers at once, select all of the haulers you would like to message.
5. Click the orange bulk actions shortcut menu , and click Message.
   
   
   
   
6. Enter your message and click SEND.

The selected haulers will receive a 1-way text message on their mobile device.
