Add Trucks and Invite Drivers

One of the first things you will want to do once you create your account is add your trucks and invite your drivers to download and install the TRUX Drive app and create an account so you can start assigning them work.

Add a Truck

1. Click FLEET on the left navigation menu.
2. Click the Trucks tab.
3. Click + ADD TRUCK.

4. Add all of your truck's information and click ADD TRUCK.

Your new truck will now be available to assign to drivers.

Invite Drivers

Click the button below to be guided through how to do this within the TRUX application.

1. Click FLEET on the left navigation menu.
2. Click the Drivers tab.
3. Click + INVITE DRIVER.

4. Enter your driver's Name and mobile Phone Number and click SEND INVITATION.

Your driver will receive a text message with a link to download the TRUX Drive app from the App Store.

You will be able to start assigning work to your driver once your driver downloads the app and creates an account.
