We have updated how Disputed shifts are managed for Trux Construction users. NOTE: This is applicable for work that is completed by internal haulers. Previously you would have to call the Trux Support team to get these internal disputes resolved. You will still be able to dispute shifts in the platform as normal, but you now also have the ability to view and resolve disputes on shifts that you will be paying. This includes disputes for:
- Auto-disputed shifts after 14 hours
- Your company disputes the jobs
- The worker portal rejects the load slip
- 4- hour Minimum is applied to shifts
Resolving Disputes:
To resolve a dispute you will follow the following steps:
- Navigate to the SHIFTS page and search for the disputed shift.
- On the shift click on the three-dot menu (...) and find the ‘Resolve’ button. (only disputed shifts will have this option).
- Add a reason to resolve the dispute into the text box to be saved in the notes of that job.
- When finished with the notes hit the submit button to resolve the shift.
- The shift status will change from ‘Disputed’ to ‘Punched Out’
The Dispute will be visible in the job notes with a record of who resolved the shift and the reason given in the notes.
