Overview
Trux POS supports advanced customer management functionality, including the ability to easily search for customers, view and manage customer-specific historical orders and pricing, and the ability to add and edit customer profiles. Users with the Customer Admin and Customer Sales Rep roles can create and edit customer profiles using one of two methods: manually adding via data entry/form and via bulk upload using a CSV template.
View Customer Profiles
- You can search for current customers by Customer Name and/or External Customer ID on the CUSTOMERS screen.
- Click the Clear all filters icon to remove your search criteria and view all existing customers.
- All of your existing customers that meet your search/filter criteria appear on the bottom half of the screen.
- Click Previous, Next, or a screen number to scroll through your list of existing customers.
