Release Notes - Stagger Truck Arrival Time for Shifts

Dispatchers can now create shifts with staggered arrival times for multiple trucks in a single step. Here’s how.

Check Enable Stagger Interval on Step 1 of the Schedule Work screen. Then indicate how many minutes between arrival times trucks should arrive and how many trucks should arrive during each interval/window. In the example below, 2 trucks will arrive every 30 minutes.

Your intervals will be displayed for confirmation on the next screen.

On the SHIFTS screen, you will see you have scheduled 4 shifts with 2 trucks set to arrive every 30 minutes starting at 7:00 AM.
