Release Version 14.21.0
Trux Materials
New Features
The Available Now feature gives dispatchers real time visibility into hauler availability, enabling faster, more efficient assignment of last minute and same day deliveries.
Key Highlights
Hauler Toggle:
Haulers can mark themselves as “Available Now” directly in the Drive app.
Availability automatically expires after 12 hours or once the hauler is assigned a load.
Suspended haulers cannot mark themselves as available.
Truck Owners can only mark one truck as available at a time.
Real-Time Dispatcher View:
New “Available Haulers” list in the Dispatch Portal showing hauler name, truck type, proximity, and origin.
Dispatchers can sort by:
Longest time marked “Available Now”
Closest to origin location
Only haulers within a defined geofence radius appear in the list.
Haulers are automatically removed when assigned or when status expires.

The Carrier Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and Certificate of Insurance (COI) feature ensures that haulers explicitly agree to the latest T&Cs and submit a valid COI before accepting their first assignment with a given Material Producer. The goal is to eliminate compliance risk and create a clear, auditable process for both new and existing haulers, if requested by specific Material Producer.
Key Highlights
Mandatory Digital Signature at First Assignment
Haulers must review and sign the Material Producer's Carrier Agreement before accepting work.
The agreement modal includes both English and Spanish versions.
Haulers cannot proceed with work for that Material Producer until the agreement is signed.
Upon signing, haulers receive a confirmation email with a copy of the agreement.
COI Submission Requirement
After signing, haulers see a COI submission screen detailing:
How and where to submit their COI
The deadline for submission
Consequences for missing the deadline (suspension from assignments)
Haulers who miss the COI deadline are automatically flagged and cannot accept new work for that Material Producer until the COI is updated.
Role-Based Signature Logic
Truck Owners or Admins can sign on behalf of all haulers within their company.
Brokered haulers do not need to sign or submit a COI if the work is assigned through a broker.
All Owners/Admins within the entity receive an email notification once an agreement has been signed.
Existing and Returning Haulers
Haulers who have already accepted the latest T&Cs for that Customer or Entity are automatically recognized and can continue without interruption.
