Updated Tons Per Hour calculation
We've updated the dispatching velocity (Tons Per Hour) calculation in the Dispatch Order Progress view to be consistent with the delivery velocity that is displayed to customers within the Delivery Velocity chart on the Delivery Tracker Insights screen.
Previously, dispatching velocity was based on a combination of turnaround time at the plant and the job site as well as travel time between them, whereas delivery velocity in Delivery Tracker was based on delivery time alone (delivery #2 time - delivery #1 time, etc.).
In order to align expectations around velocity received at the delivery location, we've made the delivery velocity within the Dispatch Order Progress screen the same as it is in Delivery Tracker.
Dispatch Order notes formatting in Order Confirmation email
In our last release, we added default text into the Instructions section of the Dispatch Order edit screen and Job Details screen in TRUX Drive in an effort to improve hauler punch-out timing/behavior. This pre-populated text was formatted correctly when displayed in Drive but didn't display as well in the Order Confirmation. We've fixed this formatting error.
Changing Dispatch Order Start Time error
Dispatchers attempting to change the start time of a dispatch order that contained canceled assignments produced the following error:
This has been fixed, and canceled assignments will no longer prevent changing the start time of a dispatch order within +/- 12 hours.
