Trux Materials

New Features

• Added an indicator on Available Now Hauler cards to show haulers with assignments already in Requested status.
• Added a Map View option to the Available Now Hauler filter to show hauler locations and proximity.

Enhancements

• Updated COI status display for haulers on the Available Now filter list for improved accuracy without requiring a manual refresh.
• Updated Freight Rate behavior for SOI and DL locations to keep hauler and customer unit fields visible while restricting edit. This behavior is controlled by an entity-level setting.
• Dispatch Order Modal sorting configuration.

Trux Freight Pay

Changes

• Updated Punch In for the Day envelope grouping for dispatch orders that span multiple days, for improved reporting accuracy.
• Updated Punch In for the Day envelope calculations to improve assignment accuracy after time adjustments are applied to payable sessions.
• Updated load completion handling for cases where tracking data is temporarily unavailable, to support continued shift and load workflows.

Trux Ticketing

Enhancements

• Updated the Filter by SO # field to support search by both Sales Order number and label, with updated field guidance.

Changes

• Updated the Find Truck by Customer search on the Ticketing screen for more accurate results.
• Updated the Edit Dispatch Order screen to display the Sales Order Number instead of the Sales Order Label.
• Updated Ticketing screen behavior when a location is not pre-selected, for more consistent flow
• Updated the Dispatch Order Load CSV export for improved column alignment and formatting.

Trux Platform

Enhancements

• Added a confirmation email notification when a password is reset from the My Account section, with the update captured in account activity history.

Changes

• Updated the Dispatch Assignment API to exclude records for assignments cancelled before being accepted by a hauler.
