You can export all shift data as a .csv file for use in billing and invoicing your customers as well as paying your haulers.

Export shift data
- Click the SHIFTS screen on the left navigation menu.
- Filter your shifts by Project, Status, and/or Date to find the shift(s) you'd like to export.
- Click the EXPORT button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the downloaded .csv file containing your exported shift data to open in a spreadsheet (e.g., Excel). You can also import the .csv file into a spreadsheet or any program that will read a .csv file format.
Your file will contain the following data fields
- Shift Id
- Status
- TRUX Job Id
- Job Id
- Job Name
- Dispatcher
- Start Date
- Start Time
- Expiration Date
- Expiration Time
- Start Address
- End Address
- Truck Id
- Driver Name
- Hauler Name
- Unit
- Rate
- Tons
- Loads
- Punch In Date
- Punch In Time
- Punch Out Date
- Punch Out Time
- Hours
- Cost Code
- Total Cost
- Prevailing Wage
- Remarks
- Job Description
- Instructions
- Truck Name
