Contractors and material producers use TRUX to access a virtual fleet of licensed and insured drivers on the TRUX Marketplace. But did you know that these same contractors and material producers could also accept jobs on the Marketplace? That's why we've created Fleet Management.
If you employ haulers who drive your trucks and would like to find and accept jobs from the TRUX Marketplace, follow these three steps below to enable Fleet Management.
Step 1 - Add your drivers and trucks to TRUX
In order to enable Fleet Management, you must have at least one Company Dedicated hauler added to TRUX.
Tell your hauler's to download the TRUX mobile app for Android or Apple iOS and sign up as a Truck Driver using your 8-digit company code (Apple iOS screens shown below).
Step 2 - Click ACCEPT JOBS and update your insurance information
***NOTE: You must be the "Company Owner" in TRUX in order to enable Fleet Management. Only a Company Owner will see the ACCEPT JOBS button. Contact TRUX Support if you do not know who the company owner is for your organization.***
When you log into TRUX after adding your drivers, you will see a new button labeled ACCEPT JOBS.
Click that button, and follow the prompts on the screen.
Finally, update your insurance information on the Company Details screen by providing your Agent Name, Agent Phone, and Agent Email address.
Step 3 - Send us your COI
In order to complete your TRUX account sign-up, we will need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your insurance agency in order to approve your account. Please have your COI sent to email@example.com OR contact our TRUX account sign-up line at 617-616-2655. Once your COI is approved, we will notify you via SMS and email to let you know you are ready to start using Fleet Management!
The first time you log into TRUX after you've been approved, you will be presented with our Truck Owner Agreement.
Click I ACCEPT to launch Fleet Management. Now you will be able to find and accept jobs for your haulers on the TRUX Marketplace by clicking the MARKETPLACE JOBS button.
