Fleet Owners
You can see the schedule for all of your haulers on the SCHEDULE screen.
Search for and view shifts
Click the SCHEDULE screen in the main navigation (1).
Search for shifts on a specific date or date range by using the date selector (2). Look at a particular week or jump forward or back by a week by clicking forward or backward on the week selector. Go to a specific day by clicking forward or backward on the day selector.
You can filter your schedule by status. Simply check or uncheck one or more status check-boxes to change which shifts appear on the screen for the selected dates (3).
The possible status types are:
- Scheduled
- In Progress (check Punched In)
- Completed (check Punched Out)
- Disputed
- Canceled
- Closed
For each shift, you can see the following information:
- Job ID and Job Name
- Shift ID
- Truck Type
- Shift Status
- TRUX truck ID
- The assigned driver
- The shift start time and date
- The rate
Shift Actions
Hover over a shift to reveal the Shift Actions shortcut menu (1). Different shifts will have different shift action options.
Scheduled Shift Actions
Click Info to view shift details, change a driver, or change truck on a scheduled shift (2). Click Cancel (3) to cancel a shift and notify the scheduled driver.
In Progress Shift Actions
Hover over the shift to reveal the shift actions menu (1) and click Info to view shift's details (2). Click Punch Out (3) to punch out a trucker who is currently punched in to a job. Punching them out will change the status to Completed.
Completed Shift Actions
Hover over the shift to reveal the shift actions menu (1) and click Info to view shift's details (2). Click View Slips (3) to view the load slip(s) associated with this shift.
Disputed Shift Actions
Hover over the shift to reveal the shift actions menu (1) and click Info to view shift's details (2). Click View Slips (3) to view the load slip(s) associated with this shift.
Brokers
You can see the schedule for all of your brokered haulers on the SCHEDULE screen.
Search for and view shifts

- TRUX truck ID (NOTE: if the shift has been assigned to a Brokered Owner, the assigned driver's TRUX ID will not appear until the Brokered Owner assigns it to one of his/her drivers)
- The assigned driver (NOTE: if the shift has been assigned to a Brokered Owner, the assigned driver will not appear until the Brokered Owner assigns it to one of his/her drivers)
- The shift start time and date
- The rate

Contractors
You can see the schedule for all of your haulers on the SCHEDULE screen.
