What is the TRUX hauler cancellation policy?

This policy is in effect to not only protect contractors but also other haulers who could have taken a job that was canceled. The following applies to jobs that are canceled within 12 hours of the start time:

• First cancellation within a 30-day period -  A phone call and explanation of cancel reason is required. We can be reached at 800-485-1304.
• Second cancellation within a 30-day period - A phone call and explanation of cancel reason is required. Additionally, your account will be suspended for 30 days. 
• Third cancellation within a 30-day period - You will be removed from the platform for 30 days.
