When logging into your TRUX account, you should see any available jobs that are within a 100-mile radius of your location. In the case that you do not, here are some troubleshooting tips.
If you are a Regular driver for a contractor, you can only see and accept work from that contractor (unless the contractor releases you to accept work from the TRUX Marketplace).
If you are not a Regular driver, you may want to follow these steps depending on the type of device you are using (NOTE: If powering off and on the device works, no need to try the next step, and so on).
Power off the device
- Press and hold the Top (or Side) button until the slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
Completely log out of the TRUX mobile app and then log back in
- Tap Menu and then select Log Out.
- Log back in using the email and password you set up the account under.
Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Deleting apps on an iOS device is simple: Just tap and hold any app icon until all the icons start wiggling. You'll notice that many, if not most of them, have a little X at the top left corner. Click the X to delete the app.
- Go to the App Store on your device, search for TRUX, and tap download. If you are on your mobile device, you can tap this link.
Power off device
- To turn the phone off, press and hold the Power button.
- Touch the Power Off item; then touch the OK button to confirm.
Completely log out of the TRUX mobile app and then log back in
- Select Menu and then select Log Out.
- Log back in using the email and password you set up the account under.
Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Uninstall
- Open your device's Settings app

- Tap Apps & notifications.
- Tap the app you want to uninstall. If you don't see it, first tap See all apps or App info
- Tap Uninstall.
- Reinstall
- Tap the Apps icon in the bottom-right of the home screen.
- Swipe left and right until you find the Play Store icon. Tap it.
- Tap the magnifying glass in the top-right, type in TruckTap and perform a search. Once found, select to download/reinstall button.
