TRUX is pleased to offer direct deposit for all hauler payments, and it is our preferred payment method.

Advantages of Direct Deposit:

Your funds will be available in your bank account by the end of the day on your scheduled payment date.
No mail delay due to weekends, inclement weather, or holidays.
No need to worry about lost or stolen checks in the mail.

If you are new to Trux, please send a copy of a voided check along with your W-9 to support@truxnow.com so we can fully activate your account.

If you need to change your current payment method, complete and send a Payment Change Request form to support@truxnow.com.
