Email added to the Contact selection list
We've added contact email addresses to the Contact selection list on the Create Dispatch Order screen so dispatchers can visually verify the current address on record. Recall that a valid email address is required in order to receive Order Confirmation and Dispatch Summary emails.
While new contacts cannot be created without an email address, contacts that were created before this requirement may still exist. Any contacts without an email address will show as “No email assigned.”
Dispatch Driver date/time validation
We've added a validation check to the start date and time inputs on the Dispatch Driver screen. Dispatchers will receive an alert when clicking ASSIGN if a valid start date/time is missing.
Assignment Stacking Visual Update
We've updated how active assignments are displayed in certain cases where assignments have been re-stacked. Currently, if a hauler has punched into an assignment with more than 1 load, and then a dispatcher re-stacks another assignment above it, that re-stacked assignment becomes the priority for the hauler's next load. In cases where the hauler finished their current load and began working on their next load (the re-stacked assignment), the web-app was incorrectly showing 2 different assignments as In Progress (with the "status ring" around the green dot). This made it appear as if the truck was "Empty" on multiple different assignments or "Empty" on one, and "Loaded" on another simultaneously.
We've updated the visual assignment status indicator to ensure that it will only ever show the "status ring" on a single assignment at a time. The status ring represents an assignment the hauler is truly currently working on.
Order Confirmation reply routing
We are now routing Order Confirmation email replies to the email address associated with the appropriate LSC (they were previously going to TRUX Support). This is also the same address to which we send rejected load confirmations.
